Through many struggles and obstacles I have gone through and came out much stronger.
My 168 pound weight loss transformation!. I started working out a few years ago. i decided to lose fat until I’ve lost enough weight. Once I lost 110 pounds I decided I was ready to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. I’ve had so many highs and lows. I managed to push through the hard efforts and achieve my goal. There is more work to do yet. I’d like to share my story and give tips and hacks to lose weight and build
